We start with a pre-engagement meeting to learn about your enterprise, and get a basic understanding of your project goals, timing, and budget requirements.

We follow up with a general recommendation and, if appropriate, a proposal for services.

Proposed services will usually involve some degree of our Business Analysis process, followed by User-Centered Design, a search for package software, and/or a custom programming proposal.
